All The buildings at “Old Grove” Apartments & Cottages Complex in Nainital Uttrakhand are designed and built keeping in mind the Earthquake sensitivity of the Himalayan belt, and are as per the regulations of the geological department of Uttrakhand. And are RCC structures using premium building materials, the buildings and the site plans are approved and authorized by the LDA* of Nainital.

We have been into construction for the last 25 years and have an impeccable record of construction in Gurugram as well as Nainital.
